Studio C Marketing Covid-19 Statement
Studio C Marketing is committed to ensuring continued service and support for our customers and partners as the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation continues to develop and evolve.
As a global company, with a virtual office, little has changed. Our normal operations already have strategies in place allowing us to maintain all operations remotely and provide uninterrupted service from any location. Our network and platforms allow secure remote access. Our clients have received uninterrupted service and communication. Our only adjustment to service is the decision to discontinue in-person commitments at present, and offer virtual meeting options exclusively. Likely, this will have little effect on most of our clients.
As always, we continue to offer conference calls, video chats and other interactive means of communication to keep you up to date on all services. If this is new to you, we believe you will find these methods are simple, convenient and just as effective as in-person communication. All meetings, trainings and workshops are being offered virtually, via GoogleMeet, Facebook Live, Webex, and Zoom.
If you feel that an in-person meeting, workshop or training is the best option for your organization, please contact us and we will discuss meeting with precautions. Although restrictions are being lifted in many areas, Studio C Marketing has extended our Covid-19 safety procedures. Our team will correctly wear facemasks and consciously practice social distancing. We request that our clients follow these procedures during in-person meetings as well. These precautionary steps are important to our team, to protect ourselves, our families, our clients and our partners.
All Studio C Marketing contractors are cross-trained and briefed frequently of the strategy and implementation of projects for each of our clients. If an unfortunate health issue occurs within the ranks of Studio C Marketing, your services should be uninterrupted, as one of our qualified agents will skillfully assume any ongoing duties.
Please know that during this time of uncertainty, assisting your efforts to maintain a steady flow of customers is of utmost importance.
