Studio C Marketing Covid-19 Statement


Studio C Marketing is committed to ensuring continued service and support for our customers and partners as the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation continues to develop.

As a global company, with a virtual office, little has changed. Our normal operations already have strategies in place allowing us to maintain all operations remotely and provide uninterrupted service from any location. Our network and platforms allow secure remote access. You should not notice any difference in service or communication. The only adjustment is the decision to discontinue in-person commitments for the unforeseen future. Likely this will have little effect for most of our clients. 

As always, we continue to offer conference calls, video chats and other interactive means of communication to keep you up to date on all services. If this is new to you, we believe you will find these methods are simple, convenient and just as effective as in-person communication. Additionally, all scheduled in-person marketing, partner and training events will be rescheduled, and all affected clients have been notified. Virtual trainings and workshops are still being offered via Facebook Live, Webex, Zoom and GoToMeeting. We will provide further updates as this situation evolves.

If you feel that an in-person meeting, workshop or training is necessary, please contact us and we may discuss extra precautions, such as meeting outdoors, wearing facemasks and social distancing. These steps are precautionary and are designed to protect ourselves, our clients and our partners.

As a precaution, in case of illness, all Studio C Marketing contractors are being cross-trained and briefed frequently of the strategy and implementation of projects for each of our clients. If an unfortunate health issue occurs within the ranks of Studio C Marketing, your services should be uninterrupted, as one of our qualified agents will skillfully assume any ongoing duties.

Please know that during this time of economic uncertainty, keeping your business online, and assisting your efforts to maintain a steady flow of customers is of utmost importance.
